Shaveela Raniga is a results driven project and program leader with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Digital Film, specializing in Extended Reality XR. She brings expertise across technical documentation, digital operations, product development, global localization, and instructional design within healthcare, education, and technology environments.

 

She began her career in healthcare from 2004 to 2014, supporting clinical operations, implementing technology solutions, and leading training initiatives for medical professionals. This foundation shaped her ability to translate complex clinical and technical workflows into structured, user centered documentation and scalable systems.

Shaveela later led the development of LeapForLearning, an innovative platform integrating healthcare, education, and storytelling to deliver accessible, multilingual learning experiences. Her work spans end to end product development, documentation strategy, and global content delivery.

Her experience includes supporting global organizations such as Apple, where she contributed to worldwide product content and localization for business and wellness technologies, and Google, where she supported VR and AR initiatives focused on product readiness, usability, and global deployment.

Today, Shaveela focuses on building scalable documentation systems, improving workflow efficiency, and enabling cross functional teams to deliver compliant, user focused solutions. She leverages AI and automation to enhance content operations and support high quality experiences at global scale.
