Shaveela Raniga is a dynamic, results-driven professional with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Digital Film, specializing in Extended Reality (XR). Her career spans across digital operations, project management program management, innovative content creation, product design, global localization, instructional design, SOP's/best practices and strategic consulting—serving industries including healthcare, education, and technology.

She began her career in the medical field (2004–2014), where she integrated technology into clinical operations, led training initiatives for medical professionals, and honed her instructional design and leadership skills. Her passion for combining creativity with impact led to a full-time transition into tech and media in 2016, with a focus on blending storytelling, education, and emerging technologies.

Shaveela is the creator of LeapForLearning, an innovative app that merges healthcare, education, and narrative design to improve patient engagement, medical training, and learning accessibility. Her ability to merge creative vision with functional design reflects her broader mission to deliver tech-enabled solutions that serve real people.

Her portfolio includes work with Fortune 500 companies like Apple, where she led as a Worldwide Image Producer creating localized animated content for global users, and Google, where she contributed to the Daydream team, developing immersive VR/AR experiences.
