As the Mac Pod Lead, I managed the production and global release of new and existing products, showcasing them at Apple Events, across omnichannels, and on the Apple Play Store. I collaborated with cross-functional teams in Health, Business, Entertainment, and Gaming to implement scalable processes for successful launches. My role included overseeing global content, screen localization, and technical components, ensuring UI accuracy through QA, resolving production challenges, and optimizing workflows using tools such as MS Excel, Quip, Radar, and other programs. Additionally, I established best practices, created instructional resources for teams and executives, and implemented data tracking systems to improve organization, quality, and compliance.
