I developed and implemented strategies to deliver diverse content experiences across multiple media formats, ensuring effective engagement for a wide range of audiences. I managed content distribution across platforms, including TV, web, and social media, while overseeing the operation of production equipment to ensure seamless execution for live and recorded events. I designed and integrated technical Zoom interfaces and broadcasting systems for public health announcements during COVID-19, enabling remote broadcasting for the Mayor of San Francisco and healthcare leaders with 95% broadcast reliability. My role included troubleshooting technical issues, managing QA workflows, and supporting seamless video production in high-pressure environments. Additionally, I coordinated production processes, directed teams, and optimized content for clarity and accessibility, contributing to increased engagement and demonstrating a commitment to effective communication and content strategy.

Partner Collaboration: 

• San Francisco Mayor's Office (London Breed): Worked closely with the Mayor and her team to deliver public health announcements and ensure timely, reliable communication during COVID-19.

• Communications Office: Collaborate with the city's communications team to develop and execute messaging strategies published on TV and government-managed social media platforms. These initiatives ensure consistent, impactful delivery and alignment with city-developed communication objectives.

• SF Committee/Board Members: Partnered with local government officials and board members to align content and broadcasting efforts with city initiatives.

• Non-Profits: Coordinated with organizations focused on community outreach to amplify the reach of public health messages and provide essential resources to underserved populations.

• City Jobs Funded by the Mayor's Office: Supported city-funded projects by managing content distribution and broadcasting logistics, ensuring alignment with municipal goals and priorities.
